Can you anyone tell me the procedure after filing CT3 and Procurement Certificate with Customs Official.

09 February 2009 It appears that your company is in SEZ. To procure goods in SEZ, no CT3 certificate is required. The domestic manufacturer will clear the goods on ARE-1, and the custom authorities will endorse the ARE1. If the supplier is not taking any export benefit, Bill of export is not required to be filed. If However, the supplier wants to take some export benefit, bill os export is required to be filed. The detaied procedure is given in Rule 29/30 of the SEZ Rules.
CT-3 is required for 100% EOU. The EOU can procure CT3 is bunches, which it cans sent to domestic supplier for procurement of goods. The goods are cleared from domestic manufacturer factory under ARE-3.
