The CT3 document is basically prescribed under Notification No. 22/2003-CE dated 31.03.2003, as amended, to bring excisable goods into Export Oriented units, Software Technology Park, Electronics Hardware Technology Park without payment of excise duty. The Performa and procedure have been detailed in the said notification itself and as far as concern for buying LAPTOP, this has been clearly mentioned under Annexure 1 at serial no. 6 as eligible goods.
