Dear Sir,
We are sending goods against CT-2 through ARE3 ,what is procedure in case of price increase to raise supplementary invoice.
Please guide us .Thanks.
WE are sending goods against CT-2 through ARE 3 , foreign exchange is not involved ,now we have to raise supp. inv. to customer due to price increase ,since the goods already cleared earlier -re ware housing certificate also received?

after issue of ARE-1/2/3 no price increase is to be take placve, however the foreign exchange diff may take place, but for that excise portion is un effected.
