28 May 2013 Sir, we are an exportcompnay wanted to know that we going to export a detergent powder and for that we have taken Sluury and Soda as a raw material so which CT bond has to be taken from Customs

03 June 2013 Merchant exporter can furnish CT-1 Bond IN FORM B-1 so that Goods can be cleared by supplier Manufacturer .(from whom the goods are procured by him for export)received from excise office.

on the BASIS OF ct-1 FOR EXPORT WITHOUT PAYMENT OF DUTY THE MANUFACTURER EXPORTER CAN CLEAR THE GOODS. AS PER NOTIFICATION NO. 42/2001CENTRAL EXCISE.,

CT-2 IS USED FOR PROCUREMENT OF EXCISABLE GOODS FROM WAREHOUSING.

CT-3 IS SIMILAR TO CT-2 BUT ISSUED BY SUPTD EXCISE INCHARGE OF EOU UNITS , ONLY RECEIPT OF CT-3 CERTIFICATE THE MANUFACTURERS CAN COMMENCE SUPPLIES WITHOUT PAYMENT OF DUTY TO 100% EOU UNOT.
