Can any one answer what is the fees of govt.to filed CST appeal.In court fees stamp or paid cst challan?

The fees prescribed for filing of appeals are also follows :-
Within 60 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of Ist Appellate Order/Suo Motu Revision Order.
45 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of Assessment Order Of Fast Track Team.
Proof Of Payment Of Demand Should Be Produced In Fast Track Assessment.

1) Filing of Appeal
Institution Fee Rs. 1000.00 KVAT Appeals
Institution Fee Rs. 700.00 KGST/CST Appeals
2) Filing of Petitions
Petition Fee Delay Condonatio n Rs. 300.00 Vat Appeals
Petition Fee Delay Condonatio n Rs. 250.00 Kgst/Cst Appeals

Petition Fee Stay Rs. 300.00 VAT Appeals
Petition Fee Stay Rs. 250.00 KGST/CST Appeals

Petition Fee Early Rs. 300.00 VAT Appeals
Petition Fee Early Rs. 250.00 KGST/CST Appeals

Petition Fee Review Rs. 250.00 For KGST And Rs.300 For KVAT Appeals, To Be Filed Within One Year Of Receipt Of Tribunal Order In Form 33.
