10 September 2017 Shrikant Kulkarni: Company has not fully spent requisite amt on CSR in FY 16.17. 1.Whether Provision is required to be made for Balance amt? 2. Auditor's report needs to be qualified? 3. Disclosure in director's report? 4. Any other disclosure?

30 September 2017 If company not spend the requisite amount to be spend , no provision required to be made. Director have to disclose the reason for not Spending the required amount in Director Report.

Auditor May Qualify Report if reason is not justifiable as per auditor judgement.
