19 December 2023 A practice Chartered Accountant is to certify Form CSR-1 invariably, if the entity is registered under Companies Act. However, the Applicant entity is a Trust for which no such particulars are incorporated in the FORM CSR-1. How the practice Chartered Accountant expected to sign in the absence of declaration for Applicant entity who is a Trust.
