Does ICSI take non submission of Response Sheets very seriously? Will results be withheld?

Please reply from personal knowledge rather than copy pasting the Rules book:)

23 September 2011 You can submit response sheet as per your wish i.e. one by one or collectively but it should be within time limit. You will get your result for both groups at a time, there is no provision for periodic result.
You can send response sheets at delhi headoffice
