12 September 2012 I wanted your suggestion in regards to enrollment for online examination form (Dec-2012), for which i have already applied but the transaction got unsuccessful.

So please guide me how to proceeds ahead for enrollment of examination form again through online mode, as am not getting option of payment mode.

Or do i need to submitted exam form manually???
