I wanted your suggestion in regards to enrollment for online examination form (Dec-2012), for which i have already applied but the transaction got unsuccessful.
So please guide me how to proceeds ahead for enrollment of examination form again through online mode, as am not getting option of payment mode.
Or do i need to submitted exam form manually???

in Case of failure in receiving the online payment receipt, please revisit the www.icsi.in/Student after 24 hours to generate duplicate acknowledgment receipt for confirm transaction only.
