20 November 2011 I am a lawyer and want to pursue Company secretary course. Please suggest me It's essential to get training after executive programme for me and Can I practice in both fields?

20 November 2011 Yes sir you can do. You have eligibility to get exemption for practical Training if you employed for more than 3 years. No you cannot practice on both the fields at a time.

20 November 2011 15 months training in CS is must. I would also advise you to join CS and your Law will surely help to qualify CS easily.

21 November 2011 When you are doing training, its always full time, hence you cannot do practice at that time.

Further if you opt for CS, you will get exemption in "GCL" subject of CS(Exe) course.

LLB with CS gives wonderful opportunities, as you will get CLB/NCLT DRT etc work which are quality work with high pay.
