29 August 2012 Dear Sir,

i got 65 marks in Tax in june 2012 exam so for that will i hv to send a formal application letter? and if yes,whn should i can fillup form for Dec 2012.they will rply smthing after that?

pls suggest me

30 August 2012 First of all CONGRATULATIONS for exemption.

You need not send any formal letter.
In the examination form for Dec'12, just mention the details of this exemption.

But i got mail Stating below detailed note..

IMPORTANT:

This letter is being sent to all the students as a general intimation and may not be construed as your eligibility for seeking the exemption. However, if you fulfill the conditions provided under the regulations, you may seek exemption from the concerned subject by sending a formal application alongwith a copy of the mark sheet to the Institute’s Noida Office ( Director (Student Services), The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, C-37, Sector-62, Noida – 201 309 ]. It is reiterated that the grant of exemption based on the performance in previous sessions of examinations is not automatic and the exemption will only be granted on receipt of a formal application from the students in the Institute on or before 25th September, 2012.
