Sir, I have cleared CS executive module 2 in my first attempt. I have cleared 3 subjects in module 1 - company law-48, cma-57, ecl-28, tlp- 45. Can I claim any exemptions.
If I fail in any of the three subjects which I have cleared in first attempt, will I pass or fail???? Pls help...I am worried.

You will be entitled to exemption, if you secure 60 or more marks in any one or more paper and with a minimum of 25 marks in any of the paper. Since, you have not secured 60 marks you are not eligible for Exemption.
