can anyone help me that how can i fill the examination form of cs executive for this dec attempt online...i cant find a option in the cs site for it.....

ONLINE EXAMINATION ENROLLMENT FOR DECEMBER, 2011 EXAMINATIONS It is in the interest of the students to verify the status of submission of online examination enrollment form and fee. Students are required to logout and re-login to the student portal. IF THE PAYMENT IS SUCCESSFUL, THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE WILL BE DISPLAYED ON THE TOP OF THIS ENROLLMENT FORM. “Your Examination Fees for DECEMBER 2011, Session has been received through online. (Click here to see fee of online payment acknowledgement receipt.) Please do not re-submit the examination form/ fee for DECEMBER 2011, session of examinations. “ In case you are not able to see the above message on re-login, you will have to re-submit the examination form and fee failing which you may not be enrolled for the examinations. An extra 2% surcharge will be charged for all online payments.
All stakeholders can make use of the Payment Gateway after logging in www.icsi.in . A transaction fees of 2% is levied by the banks on the transaction. The stakeholder must keep the credit card with pin number ready while using the payment gateway.
The process shall be as under:
1. Stakeholder shall make use of any of the options on the left panel of the browser window after logging in www.icsi.in.
2. Thereafter two options 1) Citi bank credit card and 2) Net Banking will be visible to the user in the right side panel for the option selected against the left side panel.
3. After clicking any of the option confirm screen will appear. After confirmation the control shall shift from www.icsi.in to the site of the bank.
4. The bank shall ask for credit card/Debit card number along with cvv number and pin number.
5. After successful transaction on the bank site the control will automatically shift back to www.icsi.in where the receipt of the payment will be generated. During this process the stakeholders must ensure that no key back or forth or refresh button should be used as shifting of control takes time.
6. In case the receipt is not generated the stakeholder should immediately send an email to institute at Vandana.Mohindroo@icsi.edu with details as membership number/ registration number, name, date and time of the transaction, option which was used for the transaction. The stakeholders may even contact Mrs Vandana Mohindroo in case no response is received even after 48 hours of lodging the complaint through email at 0120-4522036 during office hours only.
7. The institute takes approximately 48 hours to reconcile the data with the bank. All receipts which are reconciled are published on www.icsi.in under visible to user after logging in.
NOTE: In Case of failure in receiving the online payment receipt, please revisit the www.icsi.in after 24 hours to generate duplicate acknowledgment receipt for confirm transaction only.
