How to report crypto currency transaction in ITR -2 wherein more than 150 transactions over different coins are there for FY 24-25 .

Use the ITR-2 form and specifically fill out the Schedule VDA section.
Each transaction must be reported individually, but if using an accredited tax software, you can upload a CSV or API data file containing all trades, making bulk reporting feasible.
