Sir if Composition dealers paying shop rent to URD on rcm basis then input credit available or not ?

Regd. Dealer paying rent 30000/monthly to URD..if he pay 1000 daily then pls confirm rcm applicable or not

It will come under exemption provided the limit of 5000 is not exceeded due to other purchases from unregistered dealers.

Totally legal. Just amend your agreement. You can also pay in two installments per week.

Define days for payment of rent in your agreement. Like tuesdays and thursdays of every week or anything that suits you

You can go for three times a week. But this is against the spirit of law but anyway totally legal.

Sir i can understand but 18% rcm gst on rent So costly for tenant..its landlord liability to pay tax on rental income but in gst its opposite
