Kindly tell me what criteria will decide whether a NBFC has to categorise it assets into Standard, Substandars etc.
Along what are the consequences if they are not complying with criteria as specified. And how reporting of same will be done in Audit Report?

kindly refer to the NBFC guidelines in the RBI portal. in case if failure, there are penal consequences under the regulations for NBFC as well as the Auditor.
