24 September 2012 can the credit of Paper cess(0.125%) be availed?
also can the credit of cess(3%)on paper cess(0.125%) be availed???

PLEASE REPLY ASAP. ITS VERY URGENT...

only excise duty (BED), edu cess on BED, and S&GS Edu Cess on BED is eligible for cenvat.
