sir , we are exporting wheat and for packing we purchase jute bags on which the seller charges excise duty.
can we claim credit of this excise duty paid as we will export them.??
and how we can claim.??

Yes, you can take the refund.

but wheat is not manufactured by us ..
we are just trader of wheat...
even then excise duty in the above case can be refunded to us.???

You can take the refund of excise duty paid on jute bags for the purpose of export.

sir is there any form just like FORM H in CST ,

A manufacturer of export goods can get his inputs without payment of central excise duty under rule 19(2) of central excise rule 2002 even if final product is exempt from excise duty.
