17 January 2012 One of My Client has nt taken the Credit of Special duty into consideration in one of the bill in 2nd quarter. HE files Quarterly Return. Can he Claim it in 4th quarter..??

17 January 2012 quarterly return applies to clients availing benefit of notification 8/2003 as amended, ( SSI), and they are not eligible for any input credit.
