Credit for tds on salary ay 2010-11

14 March 2012 My employer has deducted TDS form salary during AY 2010-11, however the same is not appearing in Form no 26AS.

Now, I Tax dept has disallowed this TDS and raised demand.

For AY 2009-10, there was CBDT clarification vide instruction 9/2010.

However, what about AY 2010-11 >

Pl suggest.

14 March 2012 Submit the copy of Form 16 along with application to give credit of tax deducted.
