credit for tax deducted at source

What are the stipulations regarding credit of TDS. Is there any provision wherein, we can claim the TDS for a period of two assessment years from the year od deduction, if not claimed in the year of deduction.

Refer ITR-4,5,6 SCHEDULE TDS-2, TDS on Other Income, Column 6 and 7.
