Please specify whether credit are eligible or not under construction of factory for water in take outside the premises.please confirm

ITC is available if the expenses are not capitalised.

You can take ITC on inputs of works contract only if the same is used for providing works contract service.

If the premises belongs to the registered factory, you can take ITC.
