Can Company's expenses can be paid by Dirctor's Credit Card?

Dear Friend, the expenses of company paid by its directors' credit card will be considered as Unsecured Loan by director to the company.Thanks

yes can be paid.. latter on co. will discharge its liability by paying to director.
