28 April 2009 Are you asking about Form 17 for TDS or Form 17 for ROC? Please clarify this?

28 April 2009 Means new form for TDS. It is still to come. But it is asking the detailed information about the every deductee. The reason behind is this that every deductee should have PAN number and they should file their income tax return.

Now income tax deptt. or say central govt. wants to its reach on every person income and they want that every person should gave the detail of his income for ITD.

You should be aware about the coming changes in the PAN application form.
