Cpt registration no. not yet received

my friend registered himself for cpt on 11th october,2012 in ICAI lakidikapool, hyderabad,Ap and haven't received his registration no. in post or by mail.
-his acknowledgement S.I no.: 6319
-dd taken on axis bank on 11-10-2012.
he even sent a mail to sroacc@icai.in but dnt gt any responce frm them.
plz suggest me about how to obtain his registration no. (i.e SRO no.)

Contact Hyderabad ICAI chapter office where you submitted your registration form. With reference to the acknowledgement no they provided they may trace your registration status.
