IS IT NECESSARY TO SUBMIT REGISTRATION LETTER AND +2 MARKSHEET ALONG WITH CPT EXAM FORM?I M GOING TO FILL UP THE FORM.PLZ HELP

No need to submit registration r 12th mark sheet, only need to fill details of 12th and just submit cpt exam form...
