G Ramaswamy told the media on Saturday that students who have completed two years of graduation can directly appear for Intermediate Proficiency Competency Course (IPCC)
is it right? can one directly enter into ipcc.

Can enter directly to IPCC but after it get implemented still then need to go old rules only...
