ONE OF MY FRIEND HAS PASSED GRADUATION FROM ONE PRIVATE UNIVERSITY NAME "GLOBAL" HE SCORED 62% IN B.COM FROM THAT UNIVERSITY, NOW HE WANT TO DO CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT COURSE AND WANT TO TAKE CPT EXEMPTION, SO NOW MY QUERY IS, IS HE ELIGIBLE FOR THAT EXEMPTION?
PLEASE RESOLVE THIS QUERY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Yes, he is indeed eligible for the exemption. However, the university from which the degree has been pursued should be recognized by the UGC.

THANKS SIR, BUT HOW WE CAN KNOW THAT THIS PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES IS APPROVED FROM UGC, ANY WEBSITES OR OTHER THINGS WHERE I CAN CONFIRM THAT THIS IS APPROVED FROM UGC?
