26 November 2010 Sir i have cleared CA in Nov. 2009. I am member of ICAI w.e.f. 11-03-2010. My COP date is also same.
What are my obligations for CPE Credit? I have gone through institute site but i am not clear.
From which year my requirement for CPE credit will start. I have already gained 10 CPE hours by attending seminars. But some one told me that my CPE hours will start from next year.
Please clear my position by considering my membership & COP date i.e. 11-03-2010.

27 November 2010 thanks sir for the link. I have gone through it. Sir as told earlier, my memb. date is 11-03-2010. As for 1st year i need not attend CPE seminars, but due to ignorance i have till date gained 12 CPE hours. Will they be carried forward for next year?

What is meaning of first year in the link? financial or calendar or year starting from memb date?
