Cpc intimation u/s 143(1) not received

For Ay 2009-10 there is a additional demand of Rs 5360. However, the assesee is not yet received the intimation thro e mail or thro post.What is remedy available to the assessee to file rectification return without the receipt of Intimation. Infact the asssesee have requested recently for resending of the Intimation by e mail and by post , but not received.After a lapse of more than two months, the intimation thro mail or by post not yet received .What is the remedy available to the assesee?

I presume that this return was E filed and the request has been made to CPC. It takes about a week for the intimation to be resent. Pls wait. If not pls call the CPC again.

Infact we made equest on April 18, 2012 as such one week time is already elapsed and we made two more request to send the intimation by post to two different addresses one to the assesee and second to the Auditor.The last request made on 30-4-2012.In these circumstances what are the remedies available to the assesee?
