my deducter deduct incometax in my salary .but he not update. after 3 months I filed my return with in duedate. cpc sent demand notice.after I check my 26as ' there is no amount. I insit to my deducter to update my tday.after updation 26as show my tax credit. my cpc demand the same amount. how to rectify this problem

Ask your deduct-or to file the TDS return fter payment of TDS deducted from you nd then you rectify your return online.

Do u have recd form 16?
if yes then you can send it to your AO
if yes then you can send it to your AO
