02 February 2014 my deducter deduct incometax in my salary .but he not update. after 3 months I filed my return with in duedate. cpc sent demand notice.after I check my 26as ' there is no amount. I insit to my deducter to update my tday.after updation 26as show my tax credit. my cpc demand the same amount. how to rectify this problem

02 February 2014 Ask your deduct-or to file the TDS return fter payment of TDS deducted from you nd then you rectify your return online.
