Dear All,
When i tried to call on the toll free number about my refund, they asked me to give CPC communication reference number, can u all please tell me what this exactly is and how shall i get this, i thought this might be return filing acknowledgement number but i was wrong, please help me in this regard Thanks in advance

When they have sent u letter from cpc bangluroo in that 15 digit number is mentioned u need to quote that while dealing with them.

then u must have received an email in the from them jus check it again on your email id.

It is intimation u/s 143(1). If u hav nt received then tou can request it online. They will send you.

Intimation will be send only when it is processed, when i visit my account online it shows refund not determined, it means the return is still under process once it is assessed only then i can get intimation U/s 143 (1), am i right

As mr. sanket suggested, you should apply online for intimation u/s 143(1)..
