Cpc charging interest u/ s 234 b and c on 44ad income

27 October 2015 I have recieved 143(1) showing demand. on verification i found that they have levied interest for non payment of advance tax, however i have shown business income under section 44AD.

27 October 2015 Check whether you have any other sources of income other than the profit declared U/s 44 AD.Pl throw more light on the incomes filed. If return is filed U/s44 AD profit with no other incomes , Interest on Advance tax is not levianle
