18 March 2014 Hello everyone....This is Akshay. I passed my IPCC in Nov 13 n CS executive in Dec 13 attempts. I have simultaneously applied for B.Com course offered by IGNOU through an MoU between the ICAI n IGNOU. Now i wish to register myself for the CMA Intermediate course. Can i do so? Will it lead to violation of regulations 65&78? Or it does not lead to violation coz both cs n b.com are done in correspondence mode? Plz advise me.....

18 March 2014 Yes it does violate icai regulations. You can pursue only one out of b.com cs and cma.
