Counting of attempt

Hello I want to know if anyone has filled form for ca final both group but unwantedly if he/ she unable to appear for exams not even single paper , will it b counted as attempt?? That I am aware of ki mark sheet won't come .Please aware me of all details regarding this.

it will be counted....
Companies are well aware of the procedure of CA, they know after passing ipcc when u wil b eligible for exams and when u had cleared they count the differnce....
so whethetr u feel the exam form or not they wil count it...
but it doesnt effect you soo much ... so just chill and study well
