What are the various cost records to be maintained by a construction company?

In Construction Company u need to prepare Cost records project wise... For Eg:- A company is construction one housing society and one 100 km road.... So cost records will be prepared Project wise. u need to calculate cost incurred in a f/y under the cost sheet format and other data to support that cost sheet..........
