Company has last year purchased building from its subsidiary for Rs. 8 cr.In next year company has given such building to its subsidiary for Operating lease. for Rs. 20 lacs. WDV to subsidiary at the date of trasnfer by subsidary to holding was 50 lacs. What would be the cost of acqusition is it 8 cr or 50 lacs

The Cost will be Rs 8Cr or Rs 50 Lacs which ever is more i.e. Rs 8Cr
