02 November 2014 Thanks ! but how to treat the amount paid to the previous owner on resale as the sale deed will happen at the original allotment cost. E.G. Original Allotment Cost Rs. 35 lacs paid by allottee to builder, sold by allottee @ 55 lacs , the property is still under constructed and sale deed has not been executed. What should be cost
