Cost of acquisition in case of property purchased

Please suggest that what should be the cost of acquisition of a under construction property purchased on resale through allotment transfer ( prior to execution of Sale Deed)

Thanks ! but how to treat the amount paid to the previous owner on resale as the sale deed will happen at the original allotment cost. E.G. Original Allotment Cost Rs. 35 lacs paid by allottee to builder, sold by allottee @ 55 lacs , the property is still under constructed and sale deed has not been executed. What should be cost
