13 September 2012 Weather Cost accounting record rules applicable to Amul India that is gujarat cooperative milk marketing fedATION LTD..
they have to keep the record of costing or file the compliance report ??? expert please help

Amul India is involved in Packaged Food Products...
Recorrds are any way compulsory on it vide notification dated 3rd June 2011.
Vide notification dated 24th jan 2012 if its products are covered under the CETA Chapter heads from 2 to 25 (Except 5,6,14,23,24)
then Cost Audit is also mandatory from 2012-13 onwards.
So for 2011-12 :- Cost Records and Compliance
And For 2012-13 :- Cost Records and Audit.

Please let me know in case of any clarification.
