whether factory wages are included while calculating prime cost in cost sheet or these are included in factory overheads after prime cost to calculate factory cost.

Direct & Indirect
1)All direct wages is part of prime cost
2) indirect wages either may be for factory, Administrative or selling and distribution cost as it identified.
