22 December 2008 If Co. Transfering goods to his Consignment agent against Form "F", then Consignment agent raised invoice with his name. Can he Add margin in that Value on which he received goods??

If yes, Wht is the max Margin, should it will 200% on Transfer price?

26 January 2009 The agent can add margin as he likes. There is no restriction.

However the sender of the goods should be careful. Because in the central excise they may ask tax on the finally sold price excluding sales tax.
