Correction of wrong data in tds

Sir, I had filed my establishment( Govt.)2013-14 Q1, Q2,Q3 of 24Q tds return on time but the data entered is wrong the tax amount as well as few deductee details are also wrong . Now my question is this, that how to correct the data .

You can revise the return by downloading the concerned tds file from TDSCPC.
