Correction of tds return filed in paper format

24 November 2011 I had filed the tds returns for f.y. 2007-08 in paper format. Now I have received a notice from the department and I am required to file a correction statement. I am unable to download the consolidated statement from the NSDL site as it is reporting the error - "The consolidated statement cannot be requested." I have a copy of the original paper return filed. Please advice me on how to file a corrected statement
