We are currently using Skorydov software to file our quarterly returns. I want to furnish correction return Form 24 ie salary, there software provides only correction of form 26 tds other than salary. how i can file return

You have to purchase Skorydov Complete Suite (New Version). In this version you will be allowed to furnish the correction statement for the required forms. Else you may use the utility provided by NSDL

If you purchase it in current year, then you have to request with company to update it . In many software like webtel, there is online update which is automatically done if we are using current software.
