Float a compnay with the object of acquiring the said partnership firm or properitor firm. After floating acquire the PF. Note shares of Partners should be same in company

Thanks for helping the query but i just want to know that is there any time period of closure of the sole proprietorship within ------from the date of incorporation of the private limited company.

well it wouldbe great as i want a procedure for converting the sole concern into a private company.
we will put in the object clause of the private co. that we are taking over the business of sole concern and therefore need a NOC from the sole concern and also needs to close the sole business within how much time period from the incorporation of the Company.
