Thanks for helping the query but i just want to know that is there any time period of closure of the sole proprietorship within ------from the date of incorporation of the private limited company.

Thanks a lot for providing the information well it wouldbe great as i want a procedure for converting the sole concern into a private company.
we will put in the object clause of the private co. that we are taking over the business of sole concern and therefore need a NOC from the sole concern and also needs to close the sole business within how much time period from the incorporation of the Company.
