The corporate status to companies is given due to commrcial expediency. Under the normal conducting of the business on behalf of a company,by the Board of directors of the company, the couts will be reluctant to lift the corporate veil, but if the corporate status is misused for doing fraudulant activities by the Board, then the courts will not hesitate in lifting the veil to see the real intent.
