Any member who has cast his vote through remote e-voting, also attends the general meeting, then will he be counted for the purpose of quorum ?

Yes he will be counted for the purpose of quorum subject to the provisions of section 103 of the Companies Act 2013, read with General Circular dated 8th April 2020
