In case of a company limited by share -what are the advantages of adopting or non adopting Table A of Schedul 1 of companies act, 1956 ? as a company need not compulsorily to adopt Table A as its Article of Association, please clarify the same?

Advantage is that you have a ready made draft. Disadvantage is if you want any specific restriction that may be missing. There is no compulsion that you should adopt Table-A.
