hi,
a pvt. company has gone to winding up and appointed liquidator.
now question is that can after appointing a liquidator a company can survive again.

Once the liquidator is appointed, the winding up has commences and the company has no existence

why not? file a fresh case to reverse the liquidation process. This is possible only when the adverse reasons that lead the company to liquidation must be possible to be reversed.
