HOW CAN WE DEAL A SITUATION IN WORKING CAPITAL LOAN PROPOSAL, WHERE THE CURRENT LEVEL OF DEBTORS PLUS STOCK LESS CREDITORS IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO COVER THE REQUIRED LIMIT FOR WORKING CAPITAL.
